Open Event Roles and Responsibilities
There are a number of roles during the open events. Please read through your role description here, and contact Izzie Gazzard if you have any questions.
Roaming Hosts
Roaming Hosts will support the events by helping visitors find any relevant classrooms or areas that they would like to see. Many will be displaying student work, running demonstrations, etc. They'll be easily identifiable as they'll be wearing purple 'Here to help' sashes.
Please pick your sash up from the Welcome Desk half an hour before the event begins. Izzie Gazzard will confirm where you'll be based when you pick up your sash.
A full list of the open classrooms will be available on the night so that you can familiarise yourself with them.
Visitors are free to explore the campus, but can find a campus map or ask any Roaming Hosts if they'd like help finding their way around.

Welcome Talks will take place at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm during the Gloucester and Cheltenham evening events. At the Forest of Dean they will take place at 5:15pm, and 6:15pm.
